reminds me of that king crimson song - 'elephant talk'. it was that english guy in the wheelchair steven hawking who suggested that the human race would be ok if only we keep talking.... computers are about code and artificial intelligence... it all runs on communication ... talk that trash! PS thanks for introducing me to that site.... i am honoured and a bit excited! how did you like that communication! (here's seconds  )

I think your example is well illustrated on DA where conversation seems to have been sacrificed for the sake of page views or something. Glad you like that site and thanks for the communication :D back at you,

It is, and on the internet you mainly see vitriol and narrow opinions expressed rather than a mulling over of ideas etc etc. Not that there isn't anything wrong with a good flame war every now and again (I used to be a terror on usenet back in the day) but now I rarely comment on blogs and news articles because I am practically brain-dead and can't hold a conversation there's no point.

I had a dream last night that I was trying to paint a picture of you and another DA friend sitting on a couch but I couldn't get the posture right. You had one arm in a raised feminist fist clutching a flower. I will try to draw it today...
