Last night I dreamt I was an ensign on a Star Trek space vessel - don't know which one, the Captain wasn't familiar. It seemed my job was to clean the walkways and galleys.
Just as I was about to wake up the Captain turned to me and said "where do you think you're going Ensign? There's still work to be done!"

I've read about 12 books in the past two weeks. Nearly exhausted my Nordic theme possibilities and have forayed back into French and Chinese literature; but I want to stay in the North of Europe for a while longer - it is winter cold here and I am liking to read about there lifestyle in the colder climates. Trouble is like a voracious animal (human) I have devoured all the available game that I can find! Plus I won't eat excrement (no matter how soft it is!) so that cancels out a few books.
